Group prices depend on service, set up, number of participants, materials, travel time, etc.. Discounts available for recurring weekly or monthly sessions. All participants will receive a variety of self-care and self reflecting handouts along with a FREE 30 day trial of both the Headspace and Calm Apps! 12 Step Mindfulness & Meditation Program available upon request. Participants do NOT require any previous Mindfulness & Meditation Experience. No mats, audio equipment or group materials necessary. |

"As a Certified Meditation Practitioner and Teacher, I have been facilitating a weekly Mindfulness & Meditation Group at a local in-patient facility for mental health, chronic pain, and substance use disorders for several years now in addition to several Zoom Groups. This inpatient group, however, is my favorite group of the week which I why I want to expand my local group practice. Simply put, I want to do more of what I love! Group Focus: self-care, loving-kindness, breathing techniques, emotion regulation, learning how to be present (even with negative emotions), changing unproductive thought patterns, letting go of mistaken and limiting beliefs, self-compassion, forgiveness, emotional healing, self-love, core values, building confidence and self-esteem, turning down the volume on your inner critic, find strategies to design a better future and much more using the tools, tips, and techniques of positive psychology, mindfulness, and meditation. |
